International Cooperation for Climate Change. Case study: Latin America and the European Union

Abstract
The problem of climate change has become one of the axes on which international politics revolves. Dealing with it is crucial to decimate it’s consequences and to do so through cooperation among countries is the best tool againts it (especially for least developed countries). The cooperation between two of the most important regional blocks will be described: the European Union and Latin America. A description of their cooperative flows and in the main areas in wich they work, the programs used to carry them out, the main sectors where they work more, etc., and from all this the results of some of the applied programs are described.Downloads
