Abstract

Spain, from a general perspective, formed a primary urban network which highlights the city millions of Madrid. In this paper we have studied how it is creating a new model of urban development as embodied in cases such as the Madrid-Guadalajara corridor, hub or hub for linking Spanish and overall economy, in our study seeks to show and analyze the importance of logistics as a key sector in the integrated operation of the metropolitan territory of the region of Madrid, showing that space as vital to transport goods, services and knowledge that generates a great demand for financial, human and earth-in with changing land laws-favoring economic growth both in the area (and thus in the region of Madrid and Guadalajara) relating it, in turn, with the road networks and transport of goods that have deployed in recent years, especially from the planning plans Henares Corridor and surrounding area with the Community of Madrid, and the Economic Revitalization Plan Henares Corridor.
