Presupuestos constitucionales para la implementación de una cultura de la paz en una sociedad plural
Abstract
2030 Agenda aims at, among other goals, strengthening the universal Culture of Peace. The achievement of this Sustainable Development Goal requires that the Member States of the United Nations adopt all the necessary measures to guarantee the respect and promotion of human rights and public freedoms under conditions of real and effective equality. Based on these assumptions, the purpose of this work is to analyze what are the possible constitutional assumptions to implement and strengthen the Culture of Peace in a religiously and culturally plural society such as contemporary Spanish society.
