El nuevo pleito testigo laboral: análisis crítico y estudio comparativo con otros órdenes jurisdiccionales
Abstract
Royal Decree-Law 6/2023, 19th December, has introduced two new procedural figures in labour litigation: the witness procedure (pleito testigo, in Spanish) and the extension of effects in order to speed up the processes and achieve a more effective justification. The following article aims to carry out certain legal analysis of both figures, while carrying out a comparative study between Social, Civil and Contentious Jurisdiction, as well as a critical analysis of such legislation in terms of interpreting doubts and practical difficulties that its effective implementation entails.
