Abstract
The institutional paper of the group «king-viceroy» of the Hispanic Monarchy in the second half of the XVI century, supposed an original and skilful system that attained a triple political success. No «delegate», but «collegiate» the exercise of the kingly power without impairment of this hierarchy. Avoid the perception the physical and continued absence of the kings.
