Abstract
This work analyses the traditional system of autonomous community financing in Spain and whether the new 2009 model translates into greater tax liability. In this respect, we believe that it does not attain this goal, although it does incorporate some positive new features in relation to the levelling of the services offered to citizens.Downloads
