Abstract
This article analyses the way in which Employment and Social Security Law seeks to fulfil the constitutional mandate of protecting the family. To do this, after analysing the institutions that are responsible for protecting it from this sphere, the study largely focuses on analysing the repercussions that the transformation in the traditional way of conceiving of the family is having in the Employment and Social Security field.Downloads
