Abstract
The work is focused on the collective and material element of the principle of equal employment opportunity. From this perspective, and based upon gender integration in socio-political policies, the following aspects are successively analysed: anti-discriminatory protection guarantees or mechanisms, in particular, affirmative action in employment and the effectiveness of equality through public policies of female labour integration.Downloads
