Sobre el concepto de tolerancia en las fuentes jurídicas seculares de los territorios centroeuropeos durante la época de la Reforma
Abstract
The work undertakes the study of the measurements of tolerance in the legal texts during the Reformation, as the Act of Warsaw Confederation (1573), the Edict of Nantes (1598) and the Peace of Westfalia (1648), devoting special attention to the procedural principles (itio in partis and amicabilis compositio) through which were adopted the measures on exercise of the religion. These Central European norms are compared with the situation in Spain, both in the overseas territories and the Iberian Peninsula. The reason of State justified in many cases these measurements.Downloads
