Abstract
The aim of this paper is at first place to assess the implications of open-edition for university research from both the author’s and the Business Law Department of the Spanish Universidad Complutense (UCM) experience. The Internet as a means of spreading such research requires an unavoidable adaptation from authors, scientific reviews and publishing houses. The UCM has committed itself to developing electronic and open access edition. The paper explains the opportunities created by the Institutional E-prints Server (Servidor Institucional de E-prints) and the creation thereunder of the collection of Working Papers of the Business Law Department (Documentos de Trabajo del Departamento de Derecho mercantil).Downloads
