La educación en la fe, ¿es un derecho de alguien?
Abstract
National and Comparative Law guarantee the right to religious education as part of the fundamental right of freedom of religion to the subjects who are entitled to (not emancipated minors and parents and legal tutors as well). Academic doctrine on Ecclesiastical Law doesn’t agree on the basis of the regulation of this right; some authors maintain that the parents have the right/obligation to provide their children with a religious education in the scholar and familiar contexts; others, on the contrary, understand that this religious education must be excluded from both spheres, until the minor gets his/her own capacity to choose by himself/herself.Downloads
