Los derechos fundamentales y la Constitución a los veinticinco años
Abstract
This is a study on the option to include in the 1978 Constitution a comprehensive Section I containing fundamental rights, trying in this way to fulfil the complete absence on this subject. This paper also establishes how those previsions have been developed along its 25 years of existence, through the analysis of eight aspects of the fundamental rights.Downloads
