El fronterizo régimen jurídico del empleo en el sector público: la importancia de la taxonomía administrativa de las formas organizativas y prestacionales
Abstract
The special employment regime in the public sector requires a task of accuracy in the management of categories that exceed the scope of labor relations and that connect with the general discipline of the administrative organization and the forms of service provision. A first part of this work is dedicated to this, to then move on to the examination of some of the most conflictive aspects that generate the greatest debate and disagreements between administrative and labor activists regarding public employment.
