La autoridad administrativa independiente de protección del informante de la Ley 2/2023: aspectos más destacables de la "autoridad gallega" de reciente creación
Abstract
Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (Autoridad Independiente de Protección del informante) is one of the most important keys to the protection system contemplated in Spanish Law 2/2023, for people who report regulatory infractions. Despite the above, when over a year has passed since the entry into force of such regulation, this authority has not yet been implemented at state level. Likewise, in the autonomous panorama, some Autonomous Communities, such as Galicia, have already clearly defined their configuration, design and powers, which can serve as a role model for other authorities within this context.
