Abstract
Following the track of guidelines behind UE Directive 2019/1937, Law 2/2023 attempts to frame the condition of a person who reports regulatory infringements as well as the regime of protection connected to it within the circle of physical people who entwine working or professional relationships with both public or private organizations. However, the law is not fully consistent along with such premises, which also adds several pragmatic issues and it is questionable for background reasons.
