Abstract
This piece of work looks into the novelties introduced by the Draft of the Criminal Procedure Act of 2020, with regards to personal interim measures to be agreed during the penal proceeding if the subject under investigation shows symptoms of a mental disease and in particular it looks into the imprisonment of the suspect in a psychiatric centre.
