Abstract
The writer takes certain notes on such an interesting issue, supported by scientific doctrine, through consultative bodies and case law. The current study comprises onthoughts onto the main issues around the Administration’s legal liability during pandemics. It also approaches interesting issues, such as those revolving around the identification of responsible bodies, cases of force majeure as well as «zero period», complaints procedure, damage or unlawfulness, causal link or the right to compensation.
