La ley 7/2021, de 20 de mayo, de cambio climático y transición energética (entre la expectación y una cierta decepción)
Abstract
20 May 7/2021 Act on Climate Change and Energetic Transition has finally been passed with great eagerness, both before and at the time of its drafting and its processing. As part of the EU international activity regarding actions against climate change such law is looked upon in this study by following its normative framework, leaving toward its final remarks a certain perception of disappointment as there are few direct mandates in its content, most of which forbidding ones, together with plenty of powers on the part of national governments or the responsible Ministry to pen plans and strategies or to develop their own laws, which will put off the act’s immediate impact.
