«Marital» Joint Venture on a Freelance Basis. A Female Light into the Dim Legal Frame
Abstract
The current piece of work looks into a legal answer to a joint venture in between the freelancer and the natural person. Such study is carried out stating the differences between the legal spouse and de facto couples so as to make such inconsistency based on the great legal differences still existing between marriage and cohabitation. On a parallel basis, such piece of study is taken from a gender perspective, clearly setting up the negative impact which current laws for this one case have on the dramatic gender pay gap.
