El estado de alarma: desde el origen al Covid-19

Abstract

It is well known that last March 14th 2020 a State of Alarm was called for the second time in recent Spanish history. We hereby look into the declaration and follow up of such State of Alarm, the previous State of Alarm called in 2010 in order to solve the chaos following air controllers strikes and the current State of Alarm to face Covid-19’s healthcare system crisis. We will finally reflect on a State of Alarm in a so-called global risk society.
