Abstract

The purpose of this communiqué is the barely known diligence of an estimate of the risk of violence and its implementation in Spain through the VdG system or Viogen, whose development has ended up establishing local police measures for the protection of the victim which might settle the future of the individual estimate that the Statute for the Victim of Crime, following EU Directive 2012/29 has spread to all types of crimes with violence.
