Abstract

Digitalisation of information on Internet has merely been a change of support. Change from analog to digital systems has brought a great impact on factors such as time and space, with legal consequences of great scope. Basic rights have been affected in content or put into practice and have become troublesome in certain contexts. The evolution of case law has allowed us to spot certain big changes and to understand certain facts which take place on the web.
