Abstract
Establishing the level of requirement in the way Administration sees the Process of Bids in order to pen a report makes it the main point in the development of the form regulated in articles 74 and 75 of Bid Act. Abounding on this, it is only through the establishment of the behavioral pattern of professionals when facing this task that it will be able to establish the limits of their performance. Such pattern is clearly linked to the duty of diligence.Downloads
