Abstract
The current article raises the issue of the importance of regional integration to the general law within the frame of «glocalization», exploring the main features of Integration law and of the new Ius Commune, particularly in Europe and America, showing an assessment and an overlooking onto the main proposals, projects and mechanics of American assimilation, from the 19th century to present date.Downloads
