Freedom of Belief and Public Order in the Spanish Constitution: Keys to Understanding It
Abstract
In this piece of work we study the meaning and scope of the term of public order that comes along with the constitutional recognition of freedom of belief and religion in art. 16 of the Spanish Constitution, considering the meaning of the concept of public order adopted in the subsequent restricting terms of such right in international law, where the hermeneutical canon of art. 10.2 of the fundamental law refers us to, in particular in the light of the meaning that this concept has been given in the UN texts and in the European Convention on Human Rights.Downloads
