Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the constitutional case law regarding effective judicial protection in the framework of cases relating to reports of torture and inhuman and degrading treatment. More specifically, it examines the characteristics that the judicial investigation must have to be considered sufficient and effective when compared with the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in torture cases when it affects its procedural dimension.Downloads
