On Inmunity (of Heads of State and Government) in Times of Pandemic
Abstract
On the occasion of the first anniversary of Covid-19 officially being declared a pandemic (something which seems to have led the ranking of current legal affairs), the writer here goes through several events gathered by international press during such times which focus on the issue of inmunity from criminal jurisdiction of Heads and former Heads of State and Government, always according to International Laws, in order to find the best legal answer for each case.
