Un libro sobre la Europa del siglo XIII. El tiempo como recurso narrativo en la obra El misterioso caballero del Libro Sagrado de Antón Dóncev

Abstract

After a brief presentation of the novel The Mysterious Knight of the Sacred Book of Antón Dóncev the article studies the treatment that the author gives the time. There is a departure point in which the action is branched off and opened simultaneously to include the moment of the writing of the memories of the protagonist and the last 30 years of his life but this point does not agree nor with the principIe, nor with the end of the novel. The time becomes a true narrative resource that fulfills the function to center and to maintain the interest of the reader.
