Abstract

The low economie welfare level of most of tbe world population is notan unknown phenomenon. Sufficient historical evidence on how the processe of economic growth bave favoured inequality among individuals, regions, and countries is avaible. Recently, tIte adopted approach is different. Economie integrations have provided tIte bases to allow to reduce inequalities and to increase tIte welfare of countries.
