Abstract
A thing in a legal sense is anything that can satisfy vital men’s necessities. That’s why a thing is also called a good. In this way, a thing is both the presupposition and the object of certain rights and obligations or duties of men. So we differ between person, as a subject of rights and obligations, and a thing, as object of them. The trade relations between persons are developed according to legal regulations.Downloads
