Abstract

The emergence of Bioethics in the early 70’s marked a new era and established a very important nexus with juridical science. The union between these two disciplines gave birth to Legal Bioethics or Biolaw, juridical discipline that systematizes and gives juridical coherence and ethics to the emerging themes regarding technology development, life and health sciences.
