Abstract

This one is the fourth time that a Pope speaks before the General Assembly of the UNO. In the article, is commented the speech directed the representatives of the nations on the occasion of the LX Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which basis is the Natural Law, which can be known thanks to the natural light of the reason. Though he claims an active role of the Christian in the public life, he admits that there must be separation, but also cooperation, between the religious sphere and politics, in order to reach the common good of the society, in this case of the human family.
