Abstract

Organized crime is a major global threat that has grown around the world. This threat uses the channels of Globalization. The proliferation of this kind of criminal activity is one of the main threats to global security. The Spanish National Security Strategy has included organized crime in their main lines of action. Global threats require global responses. This article tries to show the different key instruments held in our neighbouring countries to deal with this threat. In this sense, one of the most important tools is ooperation among nations in order to implement a multidisciplinary approach.
