External Fixatión in the foot: Review
Abstract
The external fixation, is a structure that it tries to anchor multiple bony fragments of the member in different planes from the space. We can obtain separation and compression of the different bony structures, as well as the distension of the bony callus and the increase of the length of the bone. This indicated in multiple bony pathologies of the foot: artrodesis, foot of Charcot, extension of bones.Downloads
