Abstract
The main characteristics of the German philosopher F. Rapp’s recent developed interpretation of the technological phenomenon are presented and commented. In his philosophy stands out the consideration of historical and normative aspects, both taken by Rapp to be indispensable for appropriate understanding of modern technology. It is also offered an attempt of critical assessments of Rapp’s ideas.Format
