Abstract
The year 2010 report a reduction of the level of poverty for the Latin America and the Caribbean. The level of inequality, of one of the most unequal region in the world, constitutes an obstacle for human development, being the gender inequality, one of the most important. From Central America and Dominican Republic, the regional integration system, SICA is moving forward in order to establish the peace, democracy and development with equality and equity.
