Abstract
The vision of the cosmos in the Vedic hymns, as well as the evolution of brahmanic ritualism, are deeply marked by the cycles of nature. Following a progressive process of abstraction, men increasingly link their destiny to these cosmic cycles, leading in the end to the doctrine of transmigration of souls.##submission.format##
