Abstract
The implementation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) represents a challenge for the Spanish university. It involves the use of new teaching methods by teachers and students that are not used to them. This paper shows the result of using participatory methodologies and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) in some subjects of the new degrees. Specifically, it discusses the use of blogs and wikis in the acquisition of basic and specific skills, and its further evaluation. The paper concludes by discussing the potential and pitfalls of using these methodologies.Format
