Abstract

This text means a reflection on closing the borders as a usual dimension to cope with exceptional situations. In times of global pandemic, the external and internal borders of the European Union are approached as instruments to venture, from the intersections between territorial solutions and securitization, other possible geopolitical imagination for borders.
