La equity angloamericana
Resumen
The concept of equity is not univocal neither in space or time. There have been many types of equity in different historical times and legal systems. This article is an overview of one of the most important kinds of equity, Anglo American equity. Here we study the history and content of equity and some figures connected with it, like trusts. Though the central part of this work is about English equity, we alsogive a more complex idea of equity, in the United States of America and in theScottish legal system.Descargas
