Abstract
This paper develops a critical analysis of news coverage conducted by the newspaper Las últimas noticias of the Student Movement of 2011, in Chile, through the figure of one of their leaders, Camila Vallejo. It is a reflection on the power of social construction of reality held by the media and the influence of ideological content in the news.Format
