Abstract
In the context of the deepest crisis in Argentina, workers of more than 200 companies in bankruptcy decided to confront the threat of the unemployment setting to produce the factories by means of the automanagement. In this article, there is described the form that assumes this initiative of the wage earners on the management of the production, exploring his principal elements, as well as analyzing brief the scope and the perspectives of the recovery of companies.Format
