Abstract
This report shows, in a panoramic way, the Andean Community evolution until nowadays, in the framework of its social agenda and social participation. The role that have played the trade unions as part of the civil society on the construction of the process of Andean integration; and particularly, the contribution and strategies implemented by the Andean Labour Consultative Council in favour of the social perspective of the integration.Format
