Training in the generation of human capital

Abstract
Nowadays, the organizations must meet the demands of the environment and therefore should be able to adapt to them. The manager must possess not only knowledge of economic and administrative nature, but must gather personal characteristics and demonstrate leadership skills and communicative in his tenure. For this reason, organizations need managers with adequate training. Such training can directly influence the results obtained by these institutions. In this article we review this concept and outlines areas of research related to this topic.Downloads
