Abstract

From ten years now, the radio drama team of Radio Nacional de España (RNE) has developed rich long-format radio drama productions. Besides, it faces a complex challenge: live radio programs on stage stand for an audience that listens and sees the play. It shows how radio is made at that precise moment while the show is broadcasting. This allows us to highlight the spontaneous dramatic gesture without renouncing the editing sound step. This article focuses on the radio drama production process to demonstrate that radio broadcasting language could adapt every fictional show.
