Abstract

Baroque Festival in France has a profile defining characterized as a conglomerate of several spectacles, cohesive under the heading of Carousel. A short approach and iconographic and iconological analysis of some of the most significant treaties of the French Baroque Festival, C. F. Menestrier, chief ideologue of the shows of the France of Louis XIV is proposed.
