Abstract

On the occasion of the “VII International Conference on cultural Policy Research ICCPR 2012: Cultural Politics and Cultural Policies” held in Barcelona, the conference organization made contact with Angel J. Gordo López to invite him to participate in the public debate "Digital Culture: The Challenge of Regulation" together with professors Ramón Zallo and Antonio Ariño. The debate took place in the Auditorium of Ramon Llull University on July 9, 2012.

As a member of the research group Cibersomosaguas, Ángel Gordo shared with the rest of the members, the conference guidelines on the issues that were to be discussed, in order to turn his intervention into an occasion to highlight the research group and its multiple voices during the debate. This process of previous discussion of the conference issues, wich began as a casual opinion exchange, led to an interesting debate, as well as to the generation of suggestive notes and proposals that we will seek to reflex in this text.
