Abstract
This essay attempts to understand the political under the two main figures of onto-theological militancy in modernity: the subject as a singular absolute; and the subject as open deconstitution. But there is a third option to understand the political: the figure of the non-subject, which is traced here both theoretically and through textual analysis.Format
