Abstract
This work will attempt to defend two hypothesis: the first one, unlike the interpretation sustained by Habermas and Rawls, affirms that Kant is inclined over the League of States only in the Law of Peoples´s field, and that, once inside of the Cosmopolitan Law, Könisberg’s would proclaim its overcome in shape of a World Republic. The second one is a long way off from those hypothesis that considered by Kant, the only right bearers are the States, and, supported by the Third Definitive Article for Perpetual Peace, shows that, in the Cosmopolitan Law, individuals are the right’s ownersFormat
