Abstract
The representation of banquet is the conducting thread which serves to prove the artistic rank of cinema and search through the notion of beauty appplied to the seventh art; the article backs up on the concept of obtuse enunciated by the semiotic scholar Roland Barthes as that what remains after the aprehension of the different significant and symbolic levels.Format
